The main objective of the event is to bring together decision makers and practitioners representing universities, research institutes and stakeholder organisations to discuss opportunities and challenges in implementing gender-balanced policy in academia and research environment. A particular attention will be paid to current policies and instruments, like recent developments relating to the #ERA and the forthcoming #HorizonEurope.
