Programme
How to implement the missions in Horizon Europe? Now that the mission boards have presented their reports on the five mission areas in Horizon Europe, it is up to the Commission and the member states to turn these missions into concrete research programmes and calls. Join the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) and the Netherlands house for Education and Research (Neth-ER) for an interactive discussion on the future of the missions:

What to expect from the missions in Horizon Europe?

Who will turn the mission board advice into research projects?

What about the governance?

How to measure success?

Are the missions’ ambitions limited to research?

Neville Reeve, Head of Sector for Missions, DG RTD, European Commission

Hein Pieper, Member of the Mission Board for adaptation to climate change including societal transformation

Amber Geurts, Expert on mission-driven innovation, TNO

Jeanet Bruil, Coordinator Dutch Research Agenda, NWO
