On 19 March 2025, the European Commission presented the White Paper for European Defence and the ReArm Europe Plan/Readiness 2030.
LINO office, together with Ukrainian Liaison Office for R&D community (GUARD) and the Foreign Policy Council “Ukrainian Prism” would like to invite interested stakeholders to discuss the white paper, and its reception by Ukrainian defence R&D sector.
This is a pilot event to also discuss how the EU and Ukraine can work together towards the security of our continent, to assess possible collaboration via various defence mechanisms and initiatives.
We kindly ask all the interested participants to fill in the registration form.
The discussion will take place at 14:00 – 15:30 o’clock on Tuesday 1 April, at the premises of the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the EU.
