Scope: This M&E workshop will present the new provisions forimplementing synergies between Horizon Europe and EU cohesion programmes andwill take stock of the best practices and lessons learned from the 2014-20financial cycle. A particular attention will be placed on the new rulesconcerning the Seal of Excellence, the ESIFs’ potential contribution to R&Ipartnerships and the possible voluntary transfer of ESIFs to Horizon Europe
