Lithuanian RDI Liaison Office in Brussels (LINO), the NCBR Office in Brussels – Business & Science Poland, the Slovenian Business & Research Association, the European Office of Cyprus – Brussels Office, Eötvös Loránd University and the National Research, Development, and Innovation Office in Hungary are organizing a matchmaking event on Horizon Europe’s Cluster 6 “Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment“.
Horizon Europe’s Cluster 6 aims at reducing environmental degradation, halting and reversing the decline of biodiversity on land, inland waters and sea and better managing natural resources through transformative changes of the economy and society in both urban and rural areas. Research and innovation in this cluster directly contributes to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and accelerate the ecological transition required by the European Green Deal.
This online matchmaking event focuses on the research and innovation community of Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary, as well other relevant European stakeholders. The goal of the event is to build a platform for everyone to share their ideas and find partners for future consortia in Horizon Europe calls, with a particular focus on Cluster 6 under the following destinations:
- Fair, healthy and environment-friendly food systems from primary production to consumption.
- Land, ocean and water for climate action.
- Other (Biodiversity and ecosystem services; Circular economy and bioeconomy sectors).
The matchmaking event will take place online on Friday, 2 November 2022, 09:30 – 12:00 CET / 10:30 – 13:00 EDT via ZOOM.
If you are ready to pitch your project idea related to the calls or have not developed a concrete project idea yet, but are rather interested in listening to your peers, this event is for you. Please register via the provided link.
Important dates! The deadline for submitting the pitches is Friday, 25 November.
The deadline for registration is Wednesday, 30 November.
