On Wednesday April 11^th, I-Com organized the public conference “MAKING EUROPE SAFER – Data, networks and cloud: drivers of cybersecurity in Europe”. The event was hosted by MEP Andreas SCHWAB.

Cybersecurity is a priority for the EU in order to ensure confidence in digitization. Cybersecurity development is strongly linked to the infrastructural one, particularly to the “fifth generation” of telecommunications systems and energy. What are the future actions and plans to protect sensitive data in these fields? The paper carried out by I-Com investigated the future prospective of cybersecurity in Europe and the role of data networks and cloud.
