What, when and where
On 23 October 2024, the Lithuanian RDI Liaison Office in Brussels (LINO) is inviting research & innovation community and everyone interested in AI in science to the next IGLO OPEN event.
The event is scheduled to take place between 10:30-12:30 CEST (Brussels time) at the Lithuanian Permanent Representation to the EU, Rue Belliard 41-43/Belliardstraat 41-43, 1040 Brussels.
During this event, you will have the opportunity to get a closer look at AI guidelines in the EU and its implications for science.

10:30 – 10:40 :: Introduction and welcome by Tadas Tumėnas, Head of the LINO office
10:40 – 11:00 :: Presentation on guidelines on the use of generative AI in research by David Arranz (DG RTD, European Commission)
11:00 – 11:20 :: Presentation on guidelines on the ethical use of AI in education and research in Lithuania by Dr. Reda Cimmperman (Ombudsperson for Academic Ethics and Procedures of the Republic of Lithuania)
