Turing: the UK’s new student mobility programme: webinar for international higher education institutions

Date/Time
Date - 25/03/2021
15:00 - 16:00

25 March, 14.00 – 15:00 CET

To replace Erasmus+, the UK government has launched the Turing Scheme, which will provide £110 million in funding for 35,000 students in universities, colleges and schools to go on study and work placements abroad from September 2021 to August 2022. This webinar aims to help answer some of the questions higher education institutions and other organisations outside of the UK might have about how they can engage with the newly launched scheme.

The webinar will:

  1. Provide an overview of the Turing Scheme
  2. Identify potential opportunities for institutions that have UK partners or who are considering developing new UK partnerships
  3. Provide an opportunity to answer live and previously submitted questions that non-UK institutions may have about the Turing Scheme

The details

We encourage attendees to send in questions in advance to outwardmobility@international.ac.uk and we will attempt to respond to these either in the presentation or afterwards.
