Lithuanian RDI Liaison office LINO in cooperation with Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA) is organizing an info session about funding opportunities in the field of health. The session will be organized during Life Sciences Baltics 2018 forum, on September 26th 15:00-17:00. Venue: Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress centre LITEXPO, Exhibition area

Health research is one of the fields where international collaboration is crucial in order to achieve breakthrough results for the benefit of Europe and beyond. The national initiatives in health research are not enough to equip researchers and other actors in health sector for successful contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 “Good Health and Well-Being for People”.

The main idea of this short info-session is to present different types of funding opportunities for health research provided by the European Commission. Presentations will give a spectrum of different possibilities for excellent research to scale up beyond national borders.
