The European Commission will present its initiative for a new space-based connectivity programme. The initiative will supplement the Copernicus and Galileo programmes and provide all areas of Europe with a fast, safe and reliable service using space technologies. The aim is to connect both current and future critical infrastructures, including terrestrial networks.
