Estonian Liaison Office for EU RTD (ELO) and Lithuanian RDI Liaison Office LINO have taken together the initiative to organise a joint webinar to promote the experts from Estonia and Lithuania to register to EC experts database and to acknowledge more the possibility to participate in Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes as evaluators of the proposals. The event aims to highlight the benefit of acting as an expert evaluator in different calls and to introduce the evaluation principles and procedures. This webinar is the first in a series of webinars on the topic.
