On 3 July, we joined the celebration to mark the end of the 2024-2025 season of the IGLO network in Brussels.

The Informal Group of RTD Liaison Offices (IGLO) network has been operational for over 30 years, and LINO office is one of its members.

During the event, the participants had the chance to hear presentations from the European Commission, to network, and to discuss the most important achievements of the past year, the collaboration between “Horizon Europe” countries, the latest developments in EU research and innovation policy.

The event also marked the end of the Czech colleagues’ chairing of the network. For the next year (2025-2026), Belgian Flemish and Wallonian offices FWO and FNRS will be taking over from the Czech office CZELO. The new IGLO season is expected to get into the full swing already from September.

Additionally, a booklet of IGLO member countries “success stories” has been published. It introduces successful research and innovation projects from various participating countries – up to 3 projects per country. This year, Lithuania is represented by the projects DIACOMET, GIFFT and CLIMAS. We invite you to have a look at the booklet below.
