Each year the UK Research Office organises a two-day conference aimed primarily at European Liaison Officers, European research managers, Research Councils and policy makers.

The 2019 edition will take place from Thursday 27 until Friday 28 June at the University of Birmingham, UK.
The UKRO Conference 2019 will include a number of expert speakers, predominantly from the European Commission and its Executive Agencies in Brussels, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

EU funding practitioners and evaluators will also help to inform and stimulate discussions with the participants.
